You are correct. 20% is the norm in a restaurant. With a LEGIT massage it seems kind of cheap. But depends on service, not on looks. . 20 is max for a 1 hour session or. 30 for a 90 minute seems fair. IMHO.

I was told some customers don't tip at all.

Not here, but another Legitimate spa I tipped. 10 because I didn't have small bills and leaving felt guilty. I always carry $ , just in case and was not going to hand that over.

2nd visit, same MT, that $ covered some extras. Cash talks.
