Heard through the grapevine that the club to replace The Ball (that was shut down permanently) will open on Friday, September 23,2022 in the same location. I haven't been able to independently verify the information, but just passing along what was conveyed to me by a secondary source.

Knoxville strip club ordered to shut down permanently.

I did make a visit to ME while in town and had a good time. I went to the website and was emailed a pass for $10 off so I only paid $6 instead of $16. The girls ranged from good looking to not so much but I was able to spend time with one of the better looking girls. I did the 15 minutes for $125 with her and I had a good time. I'm use to topless lap dances so getting a nude one was a different experience. I'll visit again while when I'm back in town.

Went back to ME Saturday night. It did get very busy around midnight. Standing room only for a while. Lots of girls working (maybe around 20? There were a few dancers I had never seen before. Spoke to a couple of them that were visiting from Nashville clubs. Had a few drinks and ended the night with a VIP. Nothing out of the pants, but it was a "mutually" good time. Bouncers did not seem to really be paying attention to the VIP rooms. Maybe because it was so busy? Stay safe.

Swung by ME tonight. There wasn't a parking spot to be found and had a line out the door. Decided to try and come back another night.

Anyone know if The Ball is coming back? Their instagram made it seem like they were trying to reopen, but hasn't posted in a few weeks.

Keep in mind you're comparing VIP at Emerald to couch dances at ME. The dancers at ME will have fun on the couches but they can be a little more intimate in their VIP.

I've never had a dancer at ME focus on the woody when you're on the couch dance the way the EC girls have in VIP. The EC VIP room is very similar to Chicas Bonitas out in Vegas. Just without the Hispanic women offering extras in broken English LOL.

I may have to go back and give it a try on a Tuesday (I did enjoy my dances with Kassie LOL). I agree 40/ dance did not seem worth it. ME dances are 25 I think so 2 for 40 is more in line with that plus it's a little more private than the ME couches. ME does do 3 for 50 sometimes, but I'm not sure if that's a certain day or event. They've done it the past couple times I've been though which is usually on the weekend nights.

EC VIP room is basically just a really long couch in a separate room. So it's not out in the open, but there's no privacy between you and whoever else is back there. It's a similar set up to how the Ball couch dances were. EC does not have private areas like ME or the Ball.
