As others have said, a link and review would go a long way toward some offering assistance. Good providers are difficult to come by, so if she's decent and dependable, I suspect she can be as busy as she would like to be.

So lately I have increased my extracurricular but I am thinking I need some tinted windows. I saw a car today with the front window tinted. Is that legal? I am think of going limo all the way around. I don't want to do it though if it will draw any extra attention.

Any suggestions.

Back windows on vehicle can be any tint, such as 5% - which is limo tint.
Side windows can be tinted up to 50%.
Windshield can only be top 5 inches of anything.
Most vehicles have some tint in them now, typically 70%. If you throw a bit on the side windows to take it to 35%, you probably won't attract too much attention. But you can still see in, it's just harder.

If you do 5% all around, you are going to attract some attention from the law. Gives them enough reason to pull you over and cite you. Especially in the burbs.

I don't see the resemblance between the police report and the other two which look the same to me. I guess the absence of war paint can make the difference.

The full name on the police report ties to her social media account. That account has the "war paint" pictures posted on her profile and the account has no posts since the arrest. I'm 99.9 on this one.
