Just say that you want "everything". You might have to use some gestures to get your point across but they should already know what you mean. Current market rates are all inclusive (door+tip) 200 for 45 minutes, 240 for an hour. YMMV.

First I thank you for the Yankee and your report. Went today and saw Nei Nei. Busy around 10 AM but I was not rushed, had to wait for a table shower but that's to be expected, A pretty good massage to start things off. I had a dream that I visited NOM a few times now. Its your typical R&T place, but they are awesome and accommodating. First time she directed me to play with Jr, the next time I tried the MM tactic for 200, but only got over the scrubs touching and she helped with Jr (hand) so spent a little much for that. So my question is I plan to go back, what do I offer as a tip for that level of service?

I would suggest stop wasting your time, $$ and move on. Much better choices available with a little drive.

Vicky is fit and pretty. She is not as pretty as Kiko, but she is as pretty as any of the MM girls. The problem is whomever is supporting Vicky is typically not as pretty. Not as fit. Not as good a time as Vicky and Vicky gets busy during the day. But to answer the question yes Vicky is on par with MM.
