A lot of these chicks are short-sighted and can't make the connection that their unreasonable rates are why they're losing regulars, and subsequently not making enough money. When providers quote me inflated prices for basic, no-frills service, I usually respond with "You're asking a whole lot for way too little. Thanks though. " and move on. More guys need to let theses chicks know directly why they're being passed on.

Oh trust me I know. She's tried it before and I've always responded with "what do I get out of this?" and always ended up using it to negotiate extras. One time it lead to her offering me GFE for the price of a regular visit another time she let me give a facial for the same. It was a situation where we both got what we wanted. This time I just couldn't and I get where you're coming from but I'm certain that the message was loud and clear. The conversation was going steady and the moment she stated those prices it died with me blocking her number.

This is a good assessment of things. Providers will have to learn the hard way that like many things there are levels to service and what you should charge. McDonalds burgers are the priced accordingly and would never charge 4-5 star burger prices.

This is the crux of the issue, and you couldn't have said it better. They don't know what being competitive on donations and services means. The way a lot of providers operate, they don't even seem to care about building repeat business, just finding a ton of one and done clients.

I think part of the problem is rates are way too public now. Before CL and BP were shut down you generally had to call for rates and a lot of the smaller sites are still that way though a handful post them. But on Tryst and some other places most of the women have them posted. And I think what happening is girls are seeing what other girls are getting (or at least asking for) and raising their rates accordingly and a high price no longer means good service. Using the McDonalds analogy it would be like McDonalds, Shake Shack and a local diner looking at what Peter Luger charges for a burger and assuming that they can get that too. And now you have 4 levels of girls asking for the same money. A great example is a woman I met last fall. She was new and I met her through Switter. Had a fantastic GFE session for $300 with her and based on that figured I'd see her regularly. Contacted her a week or two later and she told me her rate was now $400 and I saw she was advertising on Tryst and PD. Held off on seeing her again because of the increase but kept an eye on her. Shortly after that she was up to $650 and was apparently getting it. Here's the thing. She was a lot of fun but not worth that kind of money. Small bow with an ok face but a great attitude. If she had kept her rates down I would see her a few times a month.

Wages for most people are not rising fast enough to keep pace with just the cost of essentials alone (Shelter, energy, food, etc.), borrowing money is getting more expensive, and stocks, and other investment vehicles are losing value rapidly. There's not enough mongers who earn enough money to casually spend $300 for barely average looking BBWs, especially when their rates are in now in the same ballpark as young, slim, providers who are legit baddies. This entire provider economy is a bubble that will pop.

My budget cap is 200 for an hr session, anything over that and I automatically say no and walkaway. I would hope most guys do what I'm doing, but I don't have any faith in that.

There are still places that do 200 hr depending on the provider it's usually worth it. All about the chemistry. If a provider I know ups her donations I'll probably take the bite if we have good rapport and the service is good.

No way to know for sure but you will have providers who charge more and don't have a high intake in a day. Meanwhile the standard is seeing double or triple that. Either way to each his own. I've noticed donations from all over bk queens etc going up 20-50. I've also noticed some of the providers who upped the donation go back down a bit if not to the old standard. If it's not for you find another, not up to us on the price of play. Think about it.

The screenshot below of a text convo I had with a provider is indicative of why I fell off this hobby, and never really came back to it. The provider is a generic bbw provider, not even hour glass shaped and just plain average in the face, but she's charging, 200 half, and 300 hour sessions for the very barest minimum service with no extras, and yet she's talking up her sessions as if they're the best ever. The vast majority of adults 18-35 in NYC aren't even making 250 a day before tax, much less 250 an hour. I just realized the hobby is simply not worth it anymore, and I was better off finding different and more affordable modes of entertainment.

If we all start refusing the high rates it might have an impact. But from a few girls I'm friendly with it sounds like enough guys are paying these rates to keep them up there. At least as far as indy providers go (and the ones I know see 1-2 guys a day maximum). If I could get a good GFE session for even 300 or less these days that isn't an AMP I'd be happy. But that doesn't seem to be out there anymore. I've wasted a lot of my time looking recently.
