It does look to be fake, the disclaimer at the end of the post:

Makes it seems like this might be something odd, maybe a scam or a set up.

Looking for that wording on google leads to some other ads for a number of cities across the USA, and the phone number under the "call me" button leads to more old ads. Personally, I'm tempted to ask about their massage services and ask for a picture of who I would be meeting, but I would be concerned about possibly ending up on LEO's radar.

I often see this term on ads. Would this mostly refer to intercourse only. Some ads do say no bb (bareback) services but then under 'Activities this service provider may enjoy' area it still mentions CIM (cum in mouth).
