I agree. If it's in person, I don't see how this would be a scam. I definitely think it's odd but I've hooked up with broke girls who lament about the cost to take money out of their Cash App account so perhaps this avoids that?

Ummm. I'm an accountant. My lousy plumber clients make over $100 K / year. The good ones between $200-$300 K. Don't dis plumbers. Right now there is a shortage of plumbers because young men with no job skills won't even consider the profession. I would recommend that profession to just about any young person I know.
