East 10th seems dead. East Washington between Rural and Emerson still has some gals strolling. As always it's hit and miss. You do need to spend some more time than in the past to find them. While you may get lucky and see something on your first pass that's not always the case. There's still some left but you better allow at least a little extra time hunting than before. I don't car date anymore so that really lessens my chances as well.
