You could also use Privacy.com. I use it all the time to generate temp cc #'s. It does link to a checking account though. And no, them is not worth it. Some good reviews, but a lot of them seem suspect as they are many times out of line with my own experiences with the same providers.

If your uneasy about using your real card you can alway get one of those Visa gift cards and load it up with the first month subscription then trash the card.
