Personally, I'm a bit surprised this lady is still working as a provider. As to court, her next date, should anyone be interested in such information, is November 12th. As to the male that was with her, not sure what you mean by he "got pre-trial right away. " My guess would be that you're referring to pre-trial release, a form of getting out of jail pending the outcome of the case without posting a monetary bond. However, that's not the case for him, he had to post a bond of $35,000. By the way, that's the exact same amount of her bond. My other guess would be that you meant pre-trial diversion, a way to resolve cases that is something between the charges being dropped outright and the defendant entering a plea, the defendant meets certain conditions, maybe doing community service, paying restitution, etc, and then the charges are dismissed. This is often offered to defendants with little to no criminal history. However, this too does not apply to this gentleman, as of today, this is no indication of such an offer being made and, based on the charge, that seems very unlikely. His case is set for January 13th.
