60/80 and I typically tip 140/160 for hhr / hr.

I think she asked 180 in addition to the door fee. Some of them demand additional 200, and some of us pay. That's how they've got spoiled.

Set up and prices are the same at MT as they are at Ex. Yes, MT ladies tend to be a bit older than the Ex ladies.
