Thank you my fellow mongering brothers. I should have done my homework and lookup abbreviations up above. I thought I have seen enough to know the post but that WIR stumped me and I wasn't thinking about the reference guide was at my fingertips.

Public Service Announcement (PSA).

WIR is another annoying acronym for "Would I Repeat". I clicked on the abbreviations section above and found it. Most acronyms are known only to the person who makes them up, BTW (by the way), and generally are the result of being too lazy to type out the entire phrase. Necessity is always the MOI (Mother Of Invention). GTBOH (Glad To Be Of Help).
