Same here, both houses I've had the chance to check out quoted 100 for 30 min, but in almost every occasion, the sessions only lasted 15 min. I personally have not minded because I know houses are about volume. And they usually deliver on quality. I'll have to try asking if QVs are an option and see if the quoted rate is lower.
