There definitely is a change in the wind. But, in fairness, the hobby changes with culture and society and always has. It's been online for less than 25 years. When it first went digital, it was easy to keep your finger on the pulse. (not that the pulse is where we wanted to keep our fingers!) Now, it's all over the place. Hundreds of sites, boards, lists, etc. It's hard to figure out what's out there. And, as Bob suggests, perhaps there's not as much out there.
