Healthy, younger girls are not that afraid of virus. They know the worst will be a dew days terrible cold to them.
But money is issue.
Hawaii is too dependent on tourism and now many asians will not come to USA. Hawaii is safer than japan but to them hawaii is only a part of very risky america. And too strict quarantine rule is pushing mainlanders away. Does this state survive with manufacturing or farming? No money no honey.
A few oldie with pension and real estate income can not support all girls. And some richer older guys just chose paying more to a few reliable low key girls rather than cruising cause they don't want take risk. Or they may just quit hobbying for a while. Smart men know girls who give no mask service will do same thing with others too. And remember many young guys (who don't frequent AMP) walk ins are critical to business and they will suffer more.
When law is soft, money will be issue.

And it is well known many AMP raid sometimes are operated by funds from federal government.
Last winter Sacremento girls got warning but nothing happen (as AMPs here got attention from media, tax, license, suspicious activity) then this week sacrament places are in huge attack. No one knows.
BTW is there popular busy AMPs now but very low key place that do not welcome new clients?
Only Angel and Blue star now.

New Prosecutor released his 100 Day Plan a couple of days ago. If you watch the video of the press conference, you can see the plan for yourself.

I read the plan and watched a good portion of the press conference, especially the QA. Internally, he wants to focus on rebuilding trust after all the corruption and transparency. In terms of crime, he's focusing on pimps, child trafficking and domestic violence. Nothing about AMPs.

Previous administrations targeted massage parlors also referred to as massage brothels.
Alm, a former judge is taking a different approach to combatting the problem.
He’s focused on looking for teenagers coerced into sex trafficking.
“I’ve heard of cases where there’s a gambling debt and the family will pay the gambling debt by giving them their daughter for the week,” said Alm.
B. This seems like another goose chase: just like there's no human trafficking in AMPs, I'm skeptical that there are a ton of instances where a family in HI has tons of gambling debt so pimps their daughter out. I would guess that those instances are very rare, but if he can find one or two he can put in the press, he can say "See, we care about women / human trafficking / etc!" and get that good press, just like the last guy would raid an AMP so it looked like he was doing something. Well, at least Alm's attention grab is less likely to screw with consenting adults who agree to do something together.
C. Now if we can just keep the Corona cases down so we don't go back to Tier 1.
