    I'm talking about synthetic testosterone injections. You have to have it prescribed by a doc and for me at least it's covered under my insurance, so just the copay. The supplement stuff is iffy and yeah, very expensive. Cutting out alcohol and eating clean has also helped a lot as well as lifting in the gym.

    It is an embarrassing problem that I couldn't admit to if this wasn't an anonymous forum. It is actually quite common but guys don't talk about these things.

    Just pay attention to your body. It will tell you what you need to do if you just listen to it. It also helps if you can get a willing partner to help you. When I first started out I would have her get on top and not move at all just to get used to the way she felt. I have found that certain positions and starting out slow helps. But if you use French or something else, be aware of the sugar content, as sugar is now know to cause inflammation which could cause joint pain etc. Not a doctor of course but reducing my sugars (from sodas and candy) has had a positive affect on me physically and mentally.

    Cat that's a great saying, I would agree any thing with a long list of ingredients can't be that healthy for you. You know its not like I'm a big health nut, but after starting to see what some of the guys senior to me where going through and how they lived their lives and the affect their actions had on their overall health and attitude I decided to change it. You definitely need patience and take in a long term view.

    I began having issues in my early 40's. I'm in 50's now. At first a little Viagra did the trick but as time went on it didn't work so well.
