Does anyone else ever get really bad heartburn from cialis? I mean like really bad. Didn't make the connection the first couple of times, but I'm starting to notice a pattern. I almost don't want to take it again. Feels like I also get a bit of an energy drop for a few days. This is if I take just one 20 mg pill once every other week or so. It means it will drop your blood pressure. So if your blood pressure's low, it'll drop it even more.

If it's not Too uncomfortable going off your BP medication for a day, I'd take a Cialis (lasts longer than Viagra; but takes longer to kick in) to give it a go to see how it balances it back out.

I take it every night even though I certainly don't get lucky with my SO that often. But it sorta feels like I got my package and swagger back a bit. And I am ready should I am able to meet a SB during the day.

I think that the low dose of 5 mg is cumulative for me and is better than trying to hit a 10 mg or 20 mg dose when I think I might get lucky.

With Cialis, if one's taking it Every Single day, I think the standard is 2. 5 mg a day. 5 mg - 20 mg are the doses for leading up to the action. 5 mg I could see being used by (many times younger) guys taking it to ensure performance and / or aiming to drink a good amount while tagging a pretty lady being an option, and to follow-thru the next night and do the same. Or of course, not wanting to take said thing Every night, but build up with 5 mg if sensitive to it, a couple days + the day one expects to tag a pretty lady.

Personally, what I found is if it's foreign-generic, many times they can be more sensitive to other chemicals / substances in your system where it may not work quite as well, so ya take more to make sure, which can be uncomfortable.
