Each pic seems to be of a different woman.

Not so much different women as different time periods. Pics mostly look well over the claimed age of 36, especially first one which likely is in her 50's there imo. Also curiously ad says 165#, which maybe she is now and which don't fit pics unless she also 7' tall.

What is best course of action when you see someone you know in real life (not really friends but more friendly acquaintances) with a profile on SeekingArrangement? I want to set something up with her, but don't want to make for an uncomfortable situation. Profile hasn't been active in a month or so, so would probably need to be a real life, real time convo. It looks like she has been on there for a few years, and no attempt to disguise photos. Any thoughts?

I would take a pass on the SA thing, And see if you can make the connection the old fashioned way without mentioning the profile.
