This place has been legit for a long time, but every once in a while they hire someone who gives a little extra. There was one time a couple of years ago I got a BBBJ from a 20-something girl, without asking or discussing tip! It was amazing because it was such a surprise.

I think you're right. Found an old ad and the pics look very very similar! Great insight man, thanks! Reading reviews it appears the price isn't inclusive and is an upsell situation.
