Jess has since moved to a different carrier after she had to change number 3 times in just the last 7 days due to him still being able to get her new numbers and continue to harass her. Oh yea, he claims to have government ties and that's how he was able to get some of his information to try to destroy her. Most are scared to death to say anything about being contacted by this creep but several have been and that's facts.
