The only way to tell if in fact there was a "bust" would be to visit each and every police/sheriff's off in the metro Richmond area. You would have to look at the booking log. The local newspaper rountinely avoids these type of stories, unless someone famous is involved. Perhaps the editorial staff are hobby friendly. As a matter of policy local LE do not release information on every arrest.

The only other way to check via computer would be to visit each general district court's record page and do a daily search for advisement/arraignment hearings.
