Usually when you think TGTBT you are right.

The number on that ad is a California number. Can't see why a a California provider would want to show up in NC.

There's also the fact that the number is associated with 446 separate ads in 6 different cities on Escortfish since January 25, some ads in different cities on the same day.

Look for ads that aren't all flashy and colorful using multiple emojis and crap, or that explicitly mention sexual acts, or have more than 2 payment methods, or have a contact number that is from from a long long way away. Even worse are the email contacts.
