I decided to back off cause of the red flags which made me nervous so I trusted my sixth sense. With this being said I did different double checks like googling their phone numbers, checking here and there in different websites and nobody mentioned this issue. I am not entirely surprised by the Arizona ad or the hotel switch. I don't trust a lot of websites, I feel like they are pulling info and they may or may not be real & recent posts by the actual provider.
