Can't spend the money if you aren't free. Feds probably going to seize the funds and he will never see that money again when he does see freedom. Backpage owners made a lot of money too. But then got caught up and I bet they aren't rolling in the dough now.

That's right. Popo get to do just about anything they like under the cover of trafficking and child pron. It's like using the color card for five-o. Doesn't matter if there's not enough to support a conviction. They just need enough to arrest you and put you in front of a court and embarrass you in the media. You will take the plea to stop the bleeding. Fuck and defund the police.

The owner of cxg has been in america. So he can be arrested and punished in america.

Think if an american citizen fucked 10 years old Cambodian girl in Cambodia, is he exempted? No. Many american got sentenced of 10 years prison in america.

And if illegal activity is done in america, yes, though the site or the agency is registered in foreign country, he can be punished.

And even the owner is foreigner in foreign country, if illegal activity is done in america or the victims were american, american government can ask help to foreigne country to punish him by USA law in USA court. It is up to whether that foreign country admit or rejct.

Google son jong woo Korean child pornography case.

He owned dark web registered in the 3rd world, and he is a Korean man in Korea. But when USA government ask help to s Korean government, s Koreans decide to send him to USA federal court and yes it is possible. If the case is serious felon. Money laundry, child prostitution though that is only small percentage of cases, human trafficking is considered as Very very notorious serious felony against human dignity in almost all country.

Prostitution isn't illegal in much of the world, just go run it out of there. In the end none of these guys are going to go to jail, it's the DOJ equiv of "you can beat the time but not the ride" but in this case, it's pretty easy to beat the ride as well. Heck if you really have to, just run it on Tor, I2 P, Freenet, etc. Oh well, something else will pop up in the next couple weeks, as always the challenge will be finding it and what the new norm is.
Probably because the juice isn't worth the squeeze to most people. Trying to get money back to the US is tough, FOSTA-SESTA is going to grab you up quick. It's one of those "moral" things that is just virtue signaling. I mean, look at our failed war on drugs. The government is being "hard on crime" and trying to use the guise of human trafficking to prop themselves up. Not saying that human trafficking is bad, but as mentioned in tons of debates on the subject online, this actually makes the situation worse by driving it underground. They aren't helping the people who are actually victim to sex trafficking doing this, it just makes it harder to find and help people actually affected. Treating a symptom of it without getting to the root cause, just like throwing drug users in jail doesn't slow down the drug trade at all. It's going to happen anyway, this is the world's oldest profession, treating people who choose to partake in it to earn a living like criminals just doesn't make sense.

    Don't yah think

Maybe all the "reports" lately posted in the Korean Bar Reports thread maybe should be in The Gud Ole Days thread. Nothing new can be added since the quarantine went into place. There are a few tidbits of what some KGBs are doing now, but those might very well be placed in Where Are They Now. Seems to me that some folks are just trying to keep the past alive. Folks, for now, it is gone. The days of getting ripped off in a KB are gone. The days of getting some KBG to follow you out to your car so you might be able to shoot your bazooka are gone. What new outlet MAY come next is any bodies guess. Personally I suspect we'll see some sort of underground community developed much like gaming rooms. Legit hostess bars with no social distancing and no masks are at minimum a year down the road if not longer. So I'm just suggesting that placing all the old stories in the correct thread might be in order.

    That list

First I was pissed off the guy had my user name on a list saying I'm fake. Now I'm pissed off because the guy doesn't think I rate anymore and doesn't have my user name on the new list.
