I've done it in the past but I really think it depends on location. In Dubai most of the girls were EE models and wanted way more than I was willing to spend (like seven hundred dollars was the going rate and I even know how long that was for). Lucked out and found an English real estate agent and Italian girl and spent the first and third night with the English girl and second night with the Italian. Didn't end up costing me more than dinner / drinks / room service, etc (which actually gets expensive in Dubai). If I didn't find those girls, it would have been way cheaper flying someone from here to meet me there for a few nights.
