Hi everyone!

So as of right now, the site is still running for the consumer side on mobile platforms. Meaning, if you're just browsing ads on your phone it still works. Providers are not able to get into their accounts to update ads, or post. If you type cityxguide.com into a computer though it pulls up the homeland security message. However, cityx is not based in the USA And there is no news indicating my5. Cityxguide. Be (the real domain name) is seized. They may have seized city guide.com (not the real domain) to try to deter people but they have no real jurisdiction on cityx because it is not based in the US.

The error I get as a provider trying to get into my account is a 502 bad gateway error meaning they are having issues getting their servers to communicate. There is a lot of questions unanswered, but hopefully in the next few days it gets sorted out.

Remember when backpage was seized? It was very obvious. Backpage links wouldn't even work and it wouldn't work on any platform. It always came up with the homeland security message no matter the device or user. This is not the case here which leads me to believe cityx is still going.

As of right now, most providers are using skipthegames as an alternative.

If anyone gets back to the mainland, there's also Slixa as an alternative to the ones mentioned, though only good for certain bigger cities or regions. Felt they were closer competing with Eros (better chance of actual verified providers) than sites like wild wild west BP / CxG.

So Honolulu. Bedpage.com and OneBackPage.com looks like a clone of the old BackPage, as with its looks and webpage interface. One positive thing is at least it is working. So looks like these sites are in line to be the next source of advertising for providers.

It's starting to look that way. I've been trying to repost my Cityxguide ad for the past 30 hours. When I try to go into my dashboard, I keep getting a 502 error message. I was told that Eros was down the other day too, but now they are back up. If Cityxguide disappears, where else do providers post for body rub work without having to give your personal info. ? (ex: selfie with DL up to the face and a current newspaper date; ransom video stating your full legal name and that you're not being trafficked -- supposedly Adultsearch requires such a video). Is Tryst working for massage work, or more so for escort? Cityxguide was easy to use and they accepted gift cards as a form of payment. Eros doesn't seem to work as well for body rub massage work, mostly escort.

Those sites are up, but not running optimally. I noticed it's very sluggish. And as Leia just wrote, providers aren't able to access their accounts so the latest ads are from yesterday. This is going to be a slight problem. Lately, I think one out of 10 of the ads on cityxguide was legit. The rest were obviously bullshit scams.

I guess we move on to other sites. Too bad I found cityxguide ads entertaining but hardly a good source for information. Besides, skip the games, what else is there (Eros, tryst, USASG classified)?

If they're smart and want to be in the business in the long run, they'd move their operations and start off slowly by only seeing their trusted customers, then those customers can pass on the info to bring in more customers. Of course, instead, they want to make a million in a year and will risk everything to achieve that.
