I'm surprised we all haven't heard more about this if its used on a widespread basis. In the past, escorts have been pretty open about the existence of review / blacklist sites for customers. Its also probably easier for escorts to contact each other to communicate the existence of such sites. I would think that if there are sites like this for SA or sugar daddies it would be hard to notify gals of the existence without also broadcasting the existence of such sites in a way we would all find out about them, even if we couldn't access them easily. I'm not saying they don't exist. Just that I would think the use is fairly limited or else we would all have heard more about them.

As far as changing usernames, profiles, etc all the time, I would think that's similar to escorts always changing their name, phone numbers and pictures.
