I'll share a story real quick.

Had an appointment with a provider who is know to give extras. As I am pulling into the parking lot, I see another monger getting out of his car. He was an older gentleman with obvious health concerns. His provider is even more well known and I'm thinking to myself this dude has no shot. I am near middle age, decent looks and in good shape. I smile all the time and that opens many doors so I was really confident that day.

My session went well and on the flip, the towel fell to the floor and I am ready to party. Unfortunately, she is not and as she is telling me "we don't do that here" I can hear the other gentleman banging his provider in the next room. I started laughing to myself as this hobby can be so random. The guy was still going as I walked out with nothing.

I had / have a regular who really likes me. One day it is candle light and love songs and the next day she wants to talk the whole time and forgets what we have done in the past. I am very fond of her, but the mood swings and personality changes are too much to deal with and get expensive.
