In other words, it's a scam advertisement posted all around the USA.
Here are three more items of interest: (1) the Honolulu advertisement offers services such as deep throating, BBBJ, DATY, GFE, DFK (during a virus pandemic), prostate massage and urinating on the provider, yet contains prices that are unrealistically low, such as only $60 for one hour; (2) the Honolulu advertisement claims the purported provider weighs only 51 kilograms, yet some of the photos of the purported provider show a fat woman who clearly would weigh more; and (3) the Honolulu advertisement says the purported provider doesn't have any tattoos, yet photos of the purported provider show three large tattoos (on a leg, an upper arm and a lower arm) and one small hand tattoo.
It's notable that as of today (May 14), the current Honolulu advertisement on CityXGuide for this so-called provider is marked "CityXGuide Verified". Maybe being "CityXGuide Verified" doesn't really mean very much.

Likely not for real
This doesn't look real.
Red flag 1: Pictures are recycled! They are in other ads too.
Red flag 2: Unrealistic body stats: Does she really look like she's 51 kg (115 lbs)? Hair color is brown, brunette, and redhead, so she's all 3?
Red flag 3: Website on the ad takes you to an obvious automated chat bot, which will end up redirecting you to another website no matter what you type in.
Red flag 4: Too cheap.
Red flag 5: Always available 24/7.
Oh look:
She's also in Iowa: https://des-moines.skipthegames.com/...g/398173895187.
And in Illinois: https://springfield-il.skipthegames....g/398173895187.

Wow, this purported provider Serika, a "single sexy hot Asian girl," sure does get around the USA. She must have lots of frequent flyer miles! According to various advertisements for her, today (Tuesday, May 12) she was in three different states: Hawaii, Indiana and Florida. Yesterday (Monday, May 11) she was in both Washington State and Kansas. On May 8, she was in three different states again: Utah, Louisiana and Virginia. On May 7, she was in California, and on May 6, she was in both Wisconsin and Connecticut.

Plus, photos used in the advertisements can easily be found on several photo sites. Add the fact that, as you say, the "prices are too good to be true" (for example, two hours of sex for only seventy dollars), and it reeks of being a scam.

What is it exactly that's so bad about this place?
Some girls are not as young or pretty as the ad pics. All BBBJ and CFS though. I've had worse at the Chinese CC ripoff.

Anyone know anything about this? Thought was just a scam but it's been going for a while now and I do not think I have seen anything about it. Sting? Prices are too good to be true so something must be up. If I missed something I apologize but aby insight would be great. Mahalo!

Honolulu is so right, here. I spent so much TOFTT $$ in this learning curve. You don't have to be a jerk about it, be respectful but firm when you know you are getting screwed over. The protocols are different where they come from and the informed consent as well. This means you don't yell, curse, or insult. You simply state your case, showing the cityx ad (it comes in handy) and if the therapist is resistant then you politely collect your things and leave. The key is to communicate directly without throwing up red flags like you are LE. On occasion, you will lose. 6 no matter what as a cancellation fee. If you read through my reviews you know I paid my dues, as well as gifting girls for nothing and essentially getting robbed.
