They don't. For the most part anyway. Cruise through all the time, at least ten successful pickups, never been stopped by police.

As usual the HG had the majority of girls with a couple of gems. Further south talent was really scarce, but there was a couple of nice ones in the 90's. So I hit the track at 1:30 ish at night. Swung by DTLA first, but nothing looked good / safe out there. When I got there the blade was packed with BSW, LSW and even two asw and 2-3 WSW.
