I am moving to Memphis and plan to rent a room for a few months until I find the right property to buy.

A large percentage of the Craigslist Room Share ads show a foxy girl, and ask me to 'apply' with a website.

This is not anything like I see in Florida, and I am experienced.

    What's the deal?
Preying on marks that do not understand the internet. Will take your info most likely. Even going to the site will give them your address. If you are not running a VPN.

    Listcrawler

I don't know what it is lately but ListCrawler has been a real sausage fest lately. A lot of trannies have infiltrated the system so don't get bamboozled.

    Discreet STD testing

Also how many could have little to no symptoms and you could have for years and never know.

    1) where / how to get tested discreetly without using health insurance?

    2) if positive, how to make up story can you tell a significant other if it's an STD that is said to ONLY transmit sexually?

Apparently in very rare cases, you could get Trich from sharing a dirty towel but not like or probable. Not true of Ghonnoreah or Chlamydia though.

Anyone ever had to make something up? Did you get away with it?

Any way to slip some antibiotics into some food?
I saw my regular doc's office for testing before I knew about any of the under-the-radar online services, and was surprised by how matter-of-fact they were. No lecture, no dire warnings, assumed I would be continuing and suggested regular testing 10-12 days after an encounter. According to my doc, ins. Companies don't care either, and would rather you get tested than have them shell out for treatment later on. My SO and I see different providers and I've blocked access to my records, so I feel reasonably safe from discovery.

Correct, they never check your I'd. You just need an email address that you can actually check since the that's how they notify you the results are posted to your account. Good thinking on the further measures to anonymize your data.

It may be a little pricy, but it can't be as much as a doctor's visit and subsequent referral. And surely it's less than most hobbyists pay to play.

This is the most discreet way to get tested I have found.

You don't need to give much info at all, and no doctor involved. Just put in your name and email, print out the sheet, and take it to the lab location you pick. They never ask me any questions at all. And if you're paranoid, you can get tested for 10 different things for $200 (they usually have a coupon so it's really $175). Not too bad for peace of mind IMO. No insurance involved and the charge shows up as Healthlabs. You could say it's just for a blood panel / checkup.

I talk to her from time to time. She has retired for the moment and probably ditched her husband.

I guess the point I was trying to make is that only an extreme amount of prophylactic effort is going to stop you from getting the virus if you're engaging in any intimate contact with someone who is contagious. It's almost impossible, honestly. Just slapping on some PPE isn't going to cut it. So if you're gambling, just be aware that you're gambling that the person isn't infected. Or that you're not going to be seriously ill from the virus. Absolutely not that you're being safe enough.
WELL SAID. I bet 75% of us Mongers have several of the Co-MORBIDITY factors. Smoker? Over weight? Diabetis? COPD? Lung issues?? Over 50? Each of these is an increased factor in death from the virus. NOW - a glory hole with a condom. Not sharing the same air space. Go for it. HEY - I might have a new service!
