Am a medical professional. Dicoumeral is the ingredient in rat poison. It is a blood thinner and causes the rat to hemorrhage internally and die. In medication form it is called warfarin for Coumadin and is used to prevent blood clotting. Fentanyl is a VERY potent synthetic opioid. To give you an idea how potent, the patches still have 97% of the drug in them after two days of being on a patient. That 3% is what controlled their pain for two days. It doesn't absorb well and absorption slows after the 48 hours which is why you have to change it. The use of fentanyl outside of cancer or other serious pain control needs is reckless and it isn't playing with Fire, it's playing with nuclear material. We have to use gloves to take a patch off someone to keep from getting enough narcotic to show up on a drug test.

Thanks for your info. I related just what I had heard (on the streets, etc.) that it (cheaper) was used to cut the main (expensive) drug and to boost the action speed. I have seen the 'rat poison' correlation alluded to several times on various USASG forums. And I HAVE heard that an over dose (improper mix or over ingestion) is often fatal.

Fentanyl has nothing to do with rat poison, It is used in hospitals as an anesthetic. Your thing about the blood thinner Warfarin.

I can see the independents getting desperate and lowering prices, but the ones who work for a business / studio are receiving unemployment. That extra $600 a week plus + they coming out betta than ever.

You will likely see prices go down, and longer "working" hours for the providers. Like Jeep said, many of these girls are deep into opioids and that dragon is going to get fed one way or another. So the provider who usually sees 4-5 clients a day to cover their needs will likely now see 6-8 , for example. It's a crazy world.
