I have one, but I set it up a long time ago. IDK if you can do one these days. Getting $ into it is an issue. They mainly want to link to a bank account, and then you lose anonymity. IDK a way to do it with a prepaid card. I could transfer from my regular IRL PayPal, but again, that's trouble.
