I'm guessing you missed my reply. You're response was "technically possible, but not likely" is wrong. Because as I stated, Cold sores on the mouth or face are caused by HSV-1 and are commonly transmitted to the genitals (causing genital herpes) through oral-to-genital sex. Up to 40% of genital herpes is caused by HSV-1.

40% is "not likely" when it's almost half of the time someone has a cold sore can pass on with oral sex. That's not a chance I would want to take especially when some people don't know the different between a cold sore and canker sore.

I apologize if this isn't the right area for this question but I am curious. What is everyone's thought on STD risk from getting a BBBJ? Is there much risk?
