She hasn't been back on SB in a week and her SA account doesn't have much activity either which means she's either a new fish, out of town, or a time waster. I honestly think some of those girls make profiles just to see how much attention they can get. Your best option is SA, that way if she isn't serious you won't be taking a loss like you would on SB. It looks to me like she made an account on SB and SA, tried them out for a few days and hasn't been back on since.
