I believe Wayne county has a testing center. Don't think you need insurance and can pay cash. Not sure if they need an I'd. But they see this all the time. Or go call urgent cares to see who can draw blood in house.

Wayne County Health Department has a clinic on Van Born at Venoy that performs STI testing, but as TeeTime69 said, they test for four STI's only — HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. Results for the HIV are available while you wait in the exam room for about twenty minutes; the remaining test results are available in 3-5 days, plus they call you only if a test result is positive. You have to call them if all tests are negative.

They do require your identification. They also want your health insurance information for billing. If you have no insurance, the requested contribution is $10 cash.

Walk-ins are accepted, but available service times fill up quickly, so you may want to call ahead for an appointment. This facility serves the general public's health needs, not just STI testing, so there may be moms with kids there for immunizations, etc.

Go to a Planned Parenthood near you. Everyone knows of them as the abortion clinic but they have very quick and easy services set up for STD testing as well. Last time I got tested I made an appointment there at lunch, paid like $60 and they run a full test for every STD out there and give you a piece of paper saying you're clean (or dirty I guess) all within an hour. Everyone in there is either there for some type of birth control or STD test so it's not like you have to sit in the waiting office next to a mother and her kids that have a cold.
