Most people know what the "hack" is. KoF just thinks he invented it and only he knows it. It is not very effective or worth the time in my opinion. I only created female profiles early on, to see how things look on that end, and to learn what the the non-paying female SA capabilities are. If you try to communicate with women using a female profile, you will only be able to see and communicate with the profiles of those women who are seeking other women. Here's another that responded to me quite a while ago but I never followed up. She's been discussed here on USASG before but there was no useful first hand info about her.
