You are correct that whoever is handling the texting needs some people skill lessons. I have made a few inquiries there and was always treated exactly the way you describe. As far as scheduling, you have to call and I suggest you need to talk to the girl you want to see and make a fuggin appointment. The owner or boss lady responds to the texts and she'll lie and say your girl is available even if she is not working that day.
