I have pretty flexible schedule despite being married, but not having a 24/7 available FC is definitely a negative. I am definitely not chasing super model. I kind of disagree with you about it. At first, you have to work hard to get the base but after a while, you have to work smart. I worked hard at my young age to build up capital needed for investment then worked smart to grow the investment.

AKA "rinsers" or what I think is more descriptive: professional meet and greeters. That's one good reason to just ask them out for a coffee or smoothies date.
