A few months ago there was a sweep by LEO to "check for permits". It was quite disruptive, but things seem to be settling down. However, I've noticed that most of the MP's that used to have full curtains across the front windows now have little to no covering. Anyone know what the story is? A new city requirement or just a "suggestion" by Uncle L? If you don't have the actual reason, feel free to make something up. This is, after all, the internets.

It's constantly under LE surveillance. Saw squad cars in that sketchy parking lot several times. Between the cholos that hang out there, the visibility, and the LE presence I'd give it a hard pass.
