I always keep a side of bottle of Listerine and a CVS hydrogen peroxide mouthwash, and 90% most of the times the hoes are ok with this practice before the deed, I even have a side bottle of Hand Sanitizer for them to clean their hand too before the deed, and some Baby Wipes with Aloe Vera and Lanolin to clean my junk after, just some safe practice will help you!

Keep real rubbing alcohol. I do the 70% one with occasional hydrogen per oxide wash. If you do a decent harlot alcohol rub should NOT burn; if it burns too much well you porked something that was little heads choice and not a wise man's choice.
