I notices alot of LEO activity on 27th this weekend. I'm not sure if I am allowed to post my observations here, but Ibwill anyways. I noticed 2 SW in general who had a high amount of LEO activity around them and everytime someone swooped them up I noticed police cruisers instantly. Then another pass later I noiticed those SWs walking 27th again ignoring people and on their "phone" while the vehicle was still pulled over on a side street. I even witnessed on of the cars parked and the cops swarmed it instantly, GPS has changed the game and I just recommend being careful as I don't think they are forced to sit in one spot anymore. They can be more mobile and still be found quickly. The LEO were driving around alot and they would UTURN, etc and be pulling someone over on a side street really quickly.
