I don't know her, but here is my take on your situation:

My first answer is 'Heck No! If you need your brother to meet me in a public place to discuss our private affair, then we do not need to meet. That would be my initial response.

However, if you do agree, then he needs to go to a table and sit on the other side of the room around the corner and you two sit at the bar. If he takes photographs then its just you and a random person sitting next to you. Hard to prove anything other than that. Sitting with her at a table, proves you have a history and you can be set up for failure. Also, you must not touch her.

I actually spoke to her a couple of times. Def a woman. Ghosted when we were supposed meet. And just like was said, had issues with a flat tire. Supposedly has a 2006 Altima complete with flat tires. Had photos of the flat tire. Needed money to fix her tire and get groceries, etc. Scam written all over this one. Will def waste your time.

Did anyone actually voice talk to her. Or was just messages and texts. May have just been a guy running a scam.

White knight? She had all the makings of someone legit. Not model like, a little chunky, two kids. Usually those don't do too well running these scams so they usually deliver when it counts. If she takes care of those two children the best she can and in a positive manner she is probably fairly mature. Thats a vibe to me that gives off she will deliver if you and her strike a deal and I would be willing to bet on that. No experience but I bet you come out well and get what you want in the end probably for a reasonable rate.
