There's never any completely foolproof protection but one of the (many) things I normally look for are ads that have been posted more than once and over more than just the last day. I realize this may falsely eliminate a lot of legitimate providers that might be really good (or at least prevents me from getting first crack at them but, oh well, I think that also eliminates 99.9% of the chance I'll answer a sting ad. Think about it. The cops aren't going to use the same pics and number to try to ensnare guys over and over for more than the same day or so, because within a very short time of the 1st series of busts the word would be out on that ad. On rare occasions I (e. G. The ad features sexually graphic pictures and / or mention specific sexual practices that I don't believe cops can post) I might make exceptions to my rule but in those cases become even more careful in applying my other precautions. I NEVER get into specfics about sexual activities in text messages regardless of the age and frequency of the ad (for the same reason many providers don't like to answer such questions in a text) and in general try not to do anything too incriminating or that I can't explain away legally until I've actually met the provider in person and am reasonably certain she's the one in the pics (again a decoy cop is not going to post nudes of herself).

I look for fellow mongers to comment on LC ads. The ads here, I feel are pretty much safe. Celeste and I both agree that City of Tampa and Hillsborough are squeezing the providers and mongers. Like in Long Island, this happen usually near election time, but based from what I have read here, this is kind of new. What I don't get, why is all those AMP, the Ritz, and others still open then? Celeste and I both guess that they are paying off the right people. She even mention a local chop shop that a TPD officer goes to regularly for parts and cars, no corruption here. Mongers should stick to their regulars or go into a strip club and pay higher rates. It is hard to prove what goes on in a VIP room. Strippers will and have told me that they demand at least $$. 50 and higher. It is kind of a squeeze now due to LEO being forced to do this part of their job. I would say that 9 times out of 10 there are drugs in the room of most low / medium cost providers. I've less experience with high cost providers, but I'd still assume that there are drugs in the room. Don't worry, you (probably) won't get arrested for her drugs. And she won't have a lot of drugs anyway, because if she did, she wouldn't need your money to go get more, which is why she's sucking your dick. Don't take drugs with you when you meet a provider (unless that's your thing); likely you won't get charged for solicitation but you will get charged for possession. That includes UN-prescribed viagra / anything.

That changes when she is in your car (SW or otherwise). If you get stopped she's going to drop her shit in your car and you could become involved depending on the quantity and type, and the cop.
