The CAT is near downtown. Have to drive into the city. Small parking low with pole camera angled into entrance. Is entirely fenced with only one exit. A lot of monger like it because they can park their car somewhere in town and walk to the place. I have heard on this blog that walking may not be entirely safe. I don't know how safe parking is either. Warren has set up a video monitoring system which scans all main streets. Watch out when looking for SW's. Place is clean and friendly. Went by Tiger around 6 pm today. One car in the lot, so I figured I'd get Cookie or Sophia. (Both a winning recipe!) Needless to say, Lisa said Cookie was busy and Sophia is gone for 3 weeks.
