I have cut way back on cruising, been pretty busy and when I have cruised I haven't seen anything worth scooping. As an experiment, did quite a bit of cruising on Friday during the day and evening, and did the same yesterday. While I saw a few of the typical ones that are always out (like Celeste and the two elderly workers in Nowatney), I didn't see anything worth scooping.

Oddly enough, police presence last night was pretty strong, especially on Hills. There were three unmarked vehicles just parked between Neb and 22nd watching what was going on. Which is pretty much a waste of police resources because there was nothing happening.
