For me at least there are some you visit for the look, some the experience, some for the price, and some for all of the above. Being trying to see this one for a while and our schedules have never matched up. I had a similar experience once with a provider on a QV. She had very large breasts and I asked her to take off her top. Nope, that's extra. What? Getting undressed is extra? Then, kind of opposite of your experience, she tells me the BJ is extra, QV is only FS. So her definition of QV was only taking off her bottoms, a short handshake and then FS. If you take Truvada daily then the risk of HIV transmission decreases 99%. If you take it just the day you have sex it's down 92-97%. And that's with men having sex with men, without a condom (the group the medication was extensively studied).

They have to say the part about the safer sex practices because it's not 100% effective, but Truvada is a no brainier for someone going bare.
