Before anyone gets too alarmed, there are no hotels in that area and the arrests took place in a range of areas along Hillsborough Ave between Hanley & T&C Blvd (plus 1 up on Waters), so most likely street prostitution-related busts, though I never knew that to be an area for SW's (which perhaps should have been those fools first clue).
