I thought there would be good opportunity with a nice night out. No luck. I started on the west side a little before midnight, saw nothing to cause me to slow down. There was one heavier black girl on Vine, but I passed.

Heather was working up by Colt Park area before arrest but seems to be staying away from there because of presence of bicycle cops patrolling from Bum Park all the way down towards Autozone on the Ave. Like I said they are aggressive approaching girls and writing tickets for criminal trespass, town ordinance, interfering with police, failure to respond, ect. Definitely cleaning up streets more than ever especially as school approaches.
