Did you contact Steve at EE? He's always been a pretty reasonable guy.

I texted the number on the EE website and exchanged information with someone claiming to be Steve.

The person on the other end of the texts was not what I would call "reasonable".

I have since been contacted by someone from EE with a different number who seems to be reasonable. At least so far.
